Mid-Summer Mite Treatments It’s late July and time for mite treatments.  As a beekeeper there are many options available but let’s talk about 2 options.  Formic Pro vs Norroa.  These 2 products at this time of year are at the top of our list for mite treatments and here is the breakdown: 1.       Both Norroa and Formic can be used with honey supers on. 2.       Formic Pro has temperature restrictions.  Less than 85F the day of application and less than 92F for the first 3 days.  This is a 14-day treatment. 3.       Norroa has no temperature restrictions.
