2026 Local Knox County Ohio, Raw lightly filtered spring honey. We beleive because of the timing and what we saw while harvesting it is a combination of black locust and tulip poplar honey. Very nice flavor.
This honey is currently liquid and ready to bottle. $250 per 50lb bucket. 5 gallon bucket. This is a short filled 5 gallon bucket. A full 5 gallon bucket weighs 60 pounds. This is $5 per pound.
